The HPAC.G2, or High-Pressure Air Compressor Generation 2, represents a leap forward in compressor design and functionality for dockside air needs. Building upon the success of its predecessor, this new iteration incorporates advanced features and enhancements specifically tailored to the unique requirements of dockside operations.
This HPAC Compressor System is a multi-stage, high-pressure, air-cooled, standalone skid package complete with the following components:
- Compressor -capable of up to 5,100 psi rated at 100% continuous duty
- Mil-spec Grade Components
- Controls and Monitoring System
- Condensate Management
- Breathing Air Purification
- Closed Loop Heat Exchanger
- Interstage Membrane Dehydrator with an outlet dehydrator and purification rack
- High-Pressure Storage System
The breathing air filtration installed in the HPAC.G2 Dockside Package is engineered to deliver Grade E breathing air and meet a consistent -80° F or better atmospheric dew point. Air quality is continuously monitored via an on-skid dew point and CO analyzer enclosed with NEMA 4x stainless steel enclosure with a view window. Air temperature is monitored via a standalone temperature sensor with onboard display to ensure outlet temperature does not exceed 100°F.
